As a tour guide, you’ll accompany guests on multi-day driving experience tours in high-end vehicles from the premium segment along selected routes and to selected destinations.You’ll safely lead the convoy through the itinerary while also being responsible for the guests’ overall experience—in coordination with your project management team—including welcoming guests, providing support, and ensuring that the supporting program runs smoothly.
Your Tasks
- Vehicle handover, inspection, and preparation before the tour begins
- Reception, welcome, and briefing of guests at the start of the trip
- Safe guidance of the convoy along the planned route, including time and break management
- Support during the supporting program, restaurant visits, and evening events
- Point of contact for guests regarding questions, special requests, and in exceptional situations
- Documentation after the tour ends (damage reports, expense receipts, event feedback) and coordination with the project management team
Your Profile
- A strong sense of hospitality: genuine interest in people and an intuitive understanding of their needs
- Reliability and a commitment to high-quality work
- Thoughtful and attentive, even when the daily schedule changes unexpectedly
- Flexible and resilient enough to make independent decisions on-site—and to judge when it makes more sense to consult with the project management team
- A well-groomed, confident appearance—discreet rather than obtrusive
- Strong communication skills, even when addressing international and multilingual audiences
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class B driver’s license, several years of driving experience, safe and anticipatory driving style
- Good to very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of and interest in the automotive sector, ideally in vehicle technology and design
- Good knowledge of European geography, as well as the ability to navigate and plan routes confidently, even without digital navigation
- Experience in the tourism, event, or hospitality industries is a plus
- Willingness to work on assignments lasting several days, including international assignments and weekends
- First aid certification or willingness to complete a first aid course
