Project Manager Event & New Business (m/f/x)

Your Tasks
- You will be the first point of contact for our prestigious client.
- You will support and drive business forward with new and exciting clients.
- You will play a key role in pitch processes and love managing new projects.
- You will coordinate enquiries and orders from our client within your team.
- You will be responsible for the planning, execution and follow-up of event formats.
- You will advise end clients and assist with existing client relations.
- You will communicate project requirements, milestones and objectives to your stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for managing suppliers (e.g. stand builders, caterers, photographers).
- You will be responsible for looking after participants at the event.
- You will manage the interface with other units.
- You will draft presentations, quotations and cost calculations, and produce reports.
Your Profile
- At least three years’ professional experience in event and/or project management.
- Ideally, experience in leading a team.
- You are also able to present convincingly in pitch situations.
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field.
- A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and a high degree of initiative.
- Eloquent, enthusiastic, hands-on and enjoy interacting with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office products and very good command of both German and English.
