Your Tasks

• Service Provider Management: You will be independently responsible for managing and coordinating all partners and service providers in the areas of trade show construction, event production, and overall event logistics.
• Liaison with the Architecture Department: Working closely with our in-house architecture department, you’ll review creative concepts and technical drawings to ensure their structural feasibility and logistical viability.
• Cost Estimation & Budget Management: You’ll prepare precise cost and resource estimates for the development and construction of event, festival, and trade show structures, while keeping a close eye on the budget at all times.
• Structured Project Management: Using agile and traditional methods, you will efficiently manage projects through all phases—from the initial design to the successful on-site rollout in a dynamic environment.
• Confident Client and Expectation Management: You will present concepts and technical solutions with confidence and persuasiveness in the premium segment and maintain transparent, clear communication on an equal footing.

Your Profile

• Experience in Event and Trade Show Construction: You have several years of solid, relevant professional experience in project management for temporary structures (trade shows, festivals, major events)—this is a requirement for this position.
• Technical and Construction Knowledge: You possess strong technical expertise, can read and evaluate construction plans and technical drawings, and have a keen understanding of materials and logistics processes.
• Confidence in Public Speaking: You are accustomed to structuring complex topics in an understandable way and presenting them confidently to discerning clients in the premium segment.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: You stand out for your structured, solution-oriented approach to work and always maintain a clear overview and a sense of humor, even during the most intense phases of projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in German and English, along with a confident, professional demeanor, perfectly round out your profile.
