Senior Account & Project Manager Brand Experience (m/f/x)

Technical & Operational Expertise: In-depth understanding of event production, dramaturgy, spatial design, and the coordination of technical trades.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in the professional management of interdisciplinary project teams and a passion for mentoring and developing colleagues.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident demeanor when interacting with C-level executives and marketing leaders, as well as strong negotiation skills with service providers.
Languages & Tools: Business-proficient German (C1/C2) and fluent business English (B2/C1) for international client projects; proficiency in common presentation and budgeting tools.

Your Tasks
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take on the overall leadership role for national and international brand experience projects—from the strategic pitch phase through operational implementation to post-event reporting:
End-to-End Project Management: You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale projects (B2B/B2C, live, hybrid, and digital) on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management: You’ll act as a strategic sparring partner for our key accounts and confidently guide clients through complex conceptualization and production phases.
Vendor & Service Provider Management: You’ll brief and manage external partners (venue, trade show construction, AV/media technology, production, catering) with negotiation skills and on an equal footing.
Budget & Resource Management: You prepare robust cost estimates (6- to 7-digit figures), monitor margins and forecasts, and produce professional project reports.
Team & Project Management: You provide technical leadership to interdisciplinary project teams (creative, production, digital) and coach junior and project managers.
Pitch & New Business: You play a key role in concept presentations and pitches and convincingly present the developed ideas to clients and decision-makers.

Your Profile
Experience: At least 5 years of solid agency or production experience managing complex events and brand experiences with responsibility for six-figure budgets.Technical & Operational Expertise: In-depth understanding of event production, dramaturgy, spatial design, and the coordination of technical trades.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in the professional management of interdisciplinary project teams and a passion for mentoring and developing colleagues.
