(Senior) Spatial Experience Designer / Senior Architect (m/f/x)

Your Tasks
- Leading the development of innovative spatial and architectural concepts for international brand experiences (events, retail, exhibitions).
- Leadership and design expertise in international pitches and competitions.
- Creating powerful spatial experiences that connect brand, product, storytelling, and audience.
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (strategy, creative, digital, production).
- Identifying and integrating trends (architecture, design, technology, sustainability).
- Visual representation of concepts (sketches, 3D, CAD, AI studies, presentations).
- Applying knowledge of materials and sustainable solutions for temporary architecture.
Your Profile
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in spatial design, 3D design, or brand architecture at an agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, scenography, or a related field.
- Conceptual Experience: Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate complex brand messages into spatial ideas.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D, V-Ray, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Vectorworks and AI tools are a plus).
- Languages: Business-level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Leadership skills, a solution-oriented approach, the ability to work well in a team, and a constructive yet disruptive mindset.
