Your Tasks
Numbers, business insights and financial steering are exactly your thing? You think analytically, work in a structured way and want to act as a true business partner with real impact? Then join our Finance & Controlling team as a Controller (m/f/x).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a business partner for our business units and supporting management in financial decision-making
- Analyzing revenue, cost and profitability developments and deriving actionable recommendations
- Preparing regular reports, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses for management
- Performing variance analyses and identifying optimization potentials
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes in close collaboration with Accounting
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Continuously developing and optimizing reporting and controlling processes
- Collaborating closely with various departments to ensure financial transparency
- Supporting strategic projects and further developing data-driven steering tools
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within an agency, project or service-driven environment
- Strong Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Motivation to take ownership and actively shape processes
