Join our team!
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Senior) Digital Project Manager (m/f/x) with a focus on customer experience and systems.Your Tasks
You combine technical expertise with a keen understanding of user needs and translate both into functional systems:- You are responsible for building, developing, and operating core systems throughout the customer journey (website, booking platform, support tools)
- You design customer journeys and translate them into concrete requirements for systems, content, and processes
- You design and optimize the website in terms of content, structure, and visuals (frontend & backend, CMS) - including hands-on implementation within the system
- You independently and operationally manage content management as well as the creation and maintenance of landing pages and digital content
- You analyze user behavior (e.g., via Matomo), derive optimization strategies, and develop KPIs and reports
- You optimize the platform for SEO/SEA and conversion (including testing and A/B testing)
- You plan and facilitate workshops (e.g., in Miro) and bring together stakeholders from various departments
- You will manage operational implementation packages, prioritize tasks within the project context, and coordinate internal teams as well as external partners
- You will develop test scenarios, conduct system tests yourself, and ensure the quality and functionality of all processes
- You will ensure clean interfaces between systems (e.g., CRM, booking, marketing) and consistent data flows
Your Profile
- Degree in digital media, business informatics, media studies, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational digital project management, ideally in the area of platforms or customer experience
- Strong understanding of web technologies, systems, and digital processes
- Experience working with CMS, tracking tools, and ideally interface-related topics
- Structured, analytical, and self-directed work style
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Very good German and English language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Matomo, SEO/SEA, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of UX/UI, customer journey mapping, and testing
- Experience with agile project management methods and tools such as Monday, Miro, etc.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
