Your Tasks
As an Intern Event Management (m/f/x), you’ll support our event team in planning, preparing, executing, and following up on a wide variety of event formats for renowned clients. You’ll gain real insights into the world of brand experiences and be right in the thick of it as concepts turn into extraordinary experiences.- You’ll work alongside experienced project managers on events for clients of exciting brands.
- You’ll help organize and prepare for smooth event operations.
- You’ll be on-site during the operational execution and proactively support the team during the event.
- You’ll assist with post-event follow-up, such as documentation, reporting, evaluations, or preparing relevant materials.
- You will assist our project managers with individual project requirements, milestones, and timelines.
- You will help coordinate service providers, such as trade show construction, catering, hosts, photographers, etc.
- You will assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- You will assist with on-site guest support, thereby actively contributing to a successful experience for guests and clients.
- You will gain insights into collaboration with various departments and learn how professional event projects are managed from the initial inquiry through to implementation.

Your Profile
- You are currently pursuing a degree, ideally in event management, marketing, communication studies, business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
- You’re interested in event management, organization, and working with high-profile clients.
- Previous experience in the event industry—such as through internships, part-time jobs, work-study positions, or university projects—is a plus, but not required. What matters more to us is that you are motivated and eager to get things done.
- You have a real talent for organization and can keep track of everything even when multiple tasks are happening at once.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.
- You have a hands-on approach and enjoy providing active on-site support.
- You are communicative, team-oriented, and have a service- and customer-oriented approach.
- You have very good German skills and good English skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are willing to travel and can occasionally provide on-site support at events throughout Germany for several weeks at a time.
