Your Tasks
You have an eye for content, work in a structured manner, and feel at home in a digital environment? Then join our team in creating, maintaining, and developing high-quality content:- You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our client websites in the content management system
- You will contribute to editorial projects and create web content tailored to specific target audiences
- You will create and maintain landing pages in the CMS
- You will carry out maintenance tasks, such as updating product descriptions, images, and documents
- You will assist with the implementation of website and newsletter projects
- You will prepare content visually and create simple graphic assets within the existing brand context
- You will adapt content for various formats (e.g., presentations, PDFs, or social media)
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in communication/media management or a related field
- You have a strong interest in content management systems and, ideally, have gained some initial practical experience
- Experience working in an agency or communications department is a plus
- You work in a structured, independent, and detail-oriented manner
- You are a strong communicator, organized, and a team player
- You have excellent German and English language skills and are proficient in MS Office 365
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for independently customizing digital content
- Experience creating simple designs using the Adobe Suite
- An eye for layout, visual consistency, and brand guidelines
- Experience adapting content for various media formats
- Support with final layout, production preparation, and quality assurance
