Creative Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a Creative Operations Manager, you ensure that ideas move efficiently from brief to execution. 
You act as the interface between Account and Creative teams, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to day-to-day operations. You help teams stay aligned, projects on track, and resources well managed. 
This is a hands-on coordination role with real ownership in delivery — while working closely with the Executive Creative Director, who defines priorities and creative direction. 

Project Coordination & Delivery 
  • Coordinate projects from briefing through to final delivery
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure alignment between Account, Creative, and Production
  • Identify risks early and escalate when needed
 
Resource & Capacity Management 
  • Support allocation of creative resources across projects
  • Maintain visibility on team capacity and utilization
  • Coordinate freelance support during peak phases
 
Planning & Estimation 
  • Support project scoping, timelines, and effort estimation
  • Translate briefs into clear, structured delivery plans
  • Help balance creative ambition with realistic execution
 
Workflow & Process 
  • Ensure consistent use of workflows, tools, and processes
  • Support briefing, feedback, and approval cycles
  • Help streamline collaboration across teams
 
Stakeholder Coordination 
  • Act as a central interface between Account and Creative teams
  • Ensure clarity on priorities, timelines, and next steps
  • Support alignment across multiple stakeholders
 
Tools & Systems 
  • Set up and maintain projects in tools such as Monday.com
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in project tracking
  • Improve how teams use tools to collaborate effectively
 
Reporting & Operations 
  • Track project progress, timelines, and resource usage
  • Support reporting on utilization and delivery performance
  • Help identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
 
Operational Support 
  • Oversee time tracking, job numbers, and vacation planning
  • Ensure operational processes are consistently followed
 
Process Improvement 
  • Support implementation of automation and AI-driven workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work


Your Mission

This role is central to how we deliver our work. You enable creative teams to focus on ideas, while ensuring that projects run smoothly behind the scenes. 
You’ll gain deep exposure to how creative, account, and production teams collaborate — and play a key role in making that collaboration work. 

Your Profile

Experience 
  • 3–6 years in project management, production, or operations
  • Ideally within an agency, creative, or marketing environment
 
Skills 
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Structured thinking with attention to detail
  • Clear communicator across disciplines
  • Experience with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar
 
Mindset 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Interested in how creative work gets made and delivered
  • Able to bring structure without slowing teams down
