Production Manager (m/f/x) – part- or fulltime

Your Tasks
- You assume primary responsibility for the entire manufacturing process of our print products and communication materials.
- You act as an interface coordinator and mediate between the agency and external service providers—for traditional print, giveaways, special productions, and large-format graphics.
- You advise the creative and project management teams as well as our customers and know what can be achieved technically in terms of the desired time frame, quality, and budget.
- You are an experienced production manager and will coordinate all necessary workflows.
- You are responsible for the timing and quality of the products, which will be manufactured in collaboration with a team consisting of final artwork and production.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed commercial training or a degree in printing and media technology, graphic design, or similar.
- Ideally, you have production experience in an agency environment.
- You are a communicative, resilient, and independent team player with a high level of commitment and assertiveness.
- You demonstrate confidence in independent project planning, management, budgeting, and control.
- You are proficient in all common Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of retouching and lithography.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
