Project Manager Guest Management (m/f/x)

AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH has been involved in organizing exclusive Porsche Experience events for over two years. As the direct contact and representative for Porsche Ice Experience and Porsche Travel Experience, we are responsible for organizing and running these premium driving events. 

Your Tasks

As a Project Manager (m/f/x) in the Customer Experience department, you will be the operational heart of our premium automotive customer's exclusive driving events. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize all aspects of event/guest management, from the initial customer inquiry to the final reporting.  

Your main tasks

  • Event management: Planning and executing exclusive driving events with a focus on guest management: booking management, customer support, and reporting tasks.
  • Customer communication: Actively advising and supporting our customers via various channels (phone, email) using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • System management: Shared responsibility for adapting and further developing internal systems to improve guest management.
  • Data management: Accurate recording and management of customer data and event details, ensuring data quality for reporting purposes and regular validation.
  • Process optimization: Development and implementation of improvements in the area of event and guest management in coordination with the team lead.

Your Profile

  • Completed training or studies in project management, marketing communications, or related fields.
  • Initial experience in project management, ideally in the event industry or customer support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both in German and English.
  • A proactive and customer-oriented approach to work with an entrepreneurial mindset.
