Your Mission
- Responsibility for planning, managing, and implementing our direct retail projects.
- Management of complex rollouts in brick-and-mortar retail – nationally and internationally.
- Development and optimization of efficient, scalable processes along the entire value chain.
- Management of internal and external stakeholders (logistics, marketing, sales, agencies, retail partners).
- Ensuring timings, budgets, forecasts, and quality standards.
- Implementation and further development of innovative POS concepts.
- Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete measures to increase performance.
- Close cooperation with management and active participation in shaping our retail strategy.
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, project management, commerce, operations, or similar
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the retail or FMCG sector
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects
- Structured, analytical mindset and strategic vision
- Hands-on mentality, personal responsibility, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, and common project tools
