For our Direct Retail division, we are looking for a Project Manager SIBE (Safety & Security) with a focus on operational safety, prevention, and the implementation of protection and security measures in the retail environment.

For our Direct Retail division, we are looking for a Project Manager SIBE (Safety & Security) with a focus on operational safety, prevention, and the implementation of protection and security measures in the retail environment.
Your Tasks
- Planning, management, and implementation of safety and security projects in direct retail.
- Responsibility for compliance with, further development, and implementation of safety, occupational health, and safety standards (SIBE-relevant).
- Analysis of risks, derivation of preventive measures, and continuous improvement of existing safety processes.
- Coordination of internal interfaces (e.g., operations, HR, legal, facility management) as well as external partners and service providers.
- Support in the creation, maintenance, and implementation of safety concepts, emergency and escalation plans.
- Support for audits, inspections, and training in the area of safety and security.
- Documentation, reporting, and follow-up of security-related measures and incidents
- Raising awareness of security and prevention issues among teams in Direct Retail.
Your Profile
- Completed degree or training related to occupational safety, safety management, business organization, operations, or similar.
- Ideally, qualification or experience as a safety officer (SIBE).
- Experience in safety, security, occupational safety, or risk management—preferably in the retail, operations, or logistics environment.
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Assertiveness paired with clear, audience-appropriate communication.
- High degree of initiative and safety awareness.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
