Your Tasks
If you are interested in promoting an innovative FMCG product, you've come to the right place! As a junior project manager in the festival division, you will work with a motivated team to take responsibility for all aspects of your (sub)projects, from conception and planning to operational implementation for our customers. We are looking for a communicative, creative mind with a great deal of drive and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset.- You will actively support the management and coordination of festivals, prepare relevant documents, and accompany the implementation.
- You will coordinate and manage service providers and artists at events/festivals.
- You will create exciting project concepts based on the ideas of our creative team.
- You will research current customer needs and prepare competitive analyses and reports.
- You will actively support pitches and develop briefings for the units involved.
- You will support your team in preparing quotations.
- You will be responsible for (sub)projects and always keep an eye on milestones and budget targets.
- You will always be in direct communication with your customers.
- You monitor the quality of on-site staff (hostesses, promoters) and make adjustments as necessary.
- You organize travel, take care of general logistics, and ensure smooth processes internally and with the customer.
- You create presentations based on your research, concepts, or for events.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in event management, communication sciences, business administration, or a similar field.
- You are a talented organizer, keep an eye on the big picture, have a structured and precise way of working, coupled with a high degree of problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and time management skills.
- You are willing to travel and enjoy participating in events on site.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a strong customer focus.
- You speak German and English very well and are confident in using MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience (or through internships/working student positions).
