Our Mission: „Crafting Stories. Shaping Spaces. Creating Fans."
That's because you've planned, coordinated, and prepared—yet you're still flexible enough to deal with the unexpected with a smile.
You are a feel-good manager, troubleshooter, tour guide, personnel planner – and above all, you are right in the middle of the action.
You don't have to be a seasoned event professional – but someone who thinks, feels, and participates.
We are not looking for a quiet desk worker, but a personality who comes alive when things get loud, lively, and intense – and keeps the show running.
Our Mission: „Crafting Stories. Shaping Spaces. Creating Fans."
What to Expect
- Organization with real impact: you plan the deployment of our promoters at Germany's best-known and largest festivals, events, and brand activations—including travel planning, availability, accommodation, and time slots.
- People person with a good overview: you look after our promoters – before, during, and after their assignments. You identify problems before they become apparent and find solutions that work.
- Troubleshooting with system and heart: you keep everything under control in stressful situations, when people call in sick, or when there are spontaneous changes – pragmatically, empathetically, and solution-oriented.
- Season means full throttle – during the hot months, you'll be right in the thick of things – at festivals, roadshows, and major events. Yes, you'll travel a lot. And yes, it will be exhausting. And awesome.
- Resource planning with flair: you'll find the right person for every position – and you'll consider more than just availability. You'll think about attitude, energy, and team fit.
