Your Tasks
Attention Zurich – we are looking for you! As an intern (m/f/x) in the field of project management, you will work with a motivated team to support both the planning and operational implementation for our customers.We are looking for a communicative, strong-willed personality with a great deal of drive and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset.
- You support various communication projects together with an experienced team and be involved in the successful implementation of events on site.
- You accompany our project managers (m/f/x) in individual project requirements and the achievement of milestones and goals.
- You help with the creation of presentations, offers, and cost calculations for ongoing projects.
- You assist in the management and coordination of events and prepare relevant documents.
Your Profile
- You are studying marketing, event management, communication sciences, business administration, or a similar subject.
- You are from Zurich or the surrounding area.
- You have strong organizational skills and can see the big picture.
- You have a structured and precise way of working, coupled with a high degree of problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and time management skills.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for customer service.
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience, preferably through internships or working student positions.
- You are fluent in German, have very good English skills, and good French skills (not essential, but an advantage), and are proficient in MS Office.
