What to Expect

  • Daily business with depth: You'll handle the day-to-day operations for our retail locations – from initiating small processes to resolving spontaneous challenges.
  • Systematic multitasking: You'll coordinate numerous parallel requests, prioritize tasks, keep track of deadlines, and bring clarity where others are still searching.
  • Effective structures: You'll develop and optimize smaller workflows and processes – pragmatically, hands-on, and with a keen sense of priorities.
  • Communication on equal terms: You'll be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders – friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented.
  • Variety guaranteed: No two days are the same – you'll step in flexibly, support the team, contribute new ideas, and grow with every new challenge.

Your Profile

  • First experience in a (retail) project environment, office management, as an assistant, or in daily business – your organizational skills are essential.
  • High resilience – you maintain an overview even with a lot of input.
  • Prioritization is your superpower – you recognize what's important right now.
  • Clear communication – you speak your mind, resolve misunderstandings, and always remain professional.
  • Enjoy working with many people – even when things get loud, spontaneous, or chaotic.
  • Solid digital skills – you use tools efficiently and aren't afraid of Excel and similar programs. Fluent German, good English.
