Intern Retail Experience (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

If you want to promote an innovative FMCG product, then you've come to the right place! We are launching stores that are unique in Germany for an international client in order to offer consumers a platform for an unforgettable brand experience. You are the starting point of this journey! Your tasks will include in particular:
 
  • Supporting the repair and maintenance of individual retail units.
  • Actively supporting the planning and implementation of rollouts, store openings, and renovations.
  • Independently preparing presentations, project documents, and briefings for internal and external partners.
  • Coordinating with the various retail project teams as well as our architects and creatives.
  • Internal interface coordination.
  • Providing customer support for individual retail units and acting as the first point of contact for store employees and district managers.
  • Incident management with independent solution finding.
  • Working on your first very own projects.

Your Profile

  • You are an advanced student of communication sciences, journalism, business administration, architecture, event management, or similar. 
  • You are characterized by a structured and precise way of working, a strong service orientation, and a good sense for brand presentations. 
  • You are communicative, reliable, have a confident manner, and a high degree of independence and initiative.
  • Your strengths lie in problem analysis and solution finding, time management, and coordination.
  • You speak very good German and English and are confident in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
