(Junior) Project Manager Logistics (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager or Project Manager to join our Logistics Operations team in the direct retail environment. If you enjoy improving processes, love data, and have a knack for smooth operations, this is the right place for you. 

Operational & strategic logistics management
  • Management and monitoring of stock levels, goods receipts, transfers, bookings, and inventories.
  • Ensuring correct flow of goods between stores, islands, warehouse partners, and internal teams.
  • Responsibility for merchandise management, POS systems, and operational tools, including optimization.

Project management
  • Independent planning, control, and implementation of logistics projects (e.g., rollouts, process changes, new tools, network expansion).
  • Support for cross-functional projects in the direct retail environment.
 
Interface management
  • Main contact person for all logistics-related questions from operations, retail, finance, training, and external partners.
  • Close cooperation with warehouse partners, courier services, and supply chain stakeholders.

Process optimization & quality assurance
  • Analysis of existing processes and derivation of efficient, scalable improvements.
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures to ensure correct inventories and processes.
  • Creation of reports, KPI evaluations, and decision templates.

Your Profile

Technical
  • Degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain, project management, or comparable training.
  • Initial professional experience (1-2 years) in retail/logistics/operations/project management.
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new systems.

Personal
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good German and English skills.
