We are looking for a (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/x) in the field of events to join our motivated team in Dresden.
Your Tasks
The Gläserne Manufaktur in Dresden is much more than an extraordinary combination of architecture, culture, culinary experiences, innovation campus, school laboratory, delivery and research location. It is also a fascinating, interactive exhibition venue and a popular event location with multifunctional event spaces. Then join us now and take on the following exciting tasks:- You assist with content planning, implementation, and follow-up for various event formats at the Gläserne Manufaktur.
- You are the first point of contact for end customers and will assist with existing customer care.
- You communicate individual project requirements, milestones, and goals to your stakeholders and keep track of all timings at all times.
- You are responsible for managing suppliers (e.g., trade fair constructors, catering, photographers, event materials, etc.).
- You create setup plans in accordance with the applicable venue regulations
- You are responsible for participant support at events, thereby contributing to a successful experience for participants.
- You take on interface management between other units, such as the transport service and visitor support.
- You design presentations, offers, and cost calculations, manage budget planning for ongoing projects, and create simple reports and evaluations.
Your Profile
- You have completed a training or a degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, business administration, or a similar field.
- You have gained initial experience through internships or up to 3 years of professional experience in event and/or project management.
- You have a structured, solution-oriented approach to work, even under time pressure, as well as a high degree of initiative and teamwork skills.
- You are eloquent, enthusiastic, and hands-on, enjoy customer contact, communicate on an equal footing, and are service-oriented.
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office products and very good German and good English skills.
