Rivella, the iconic Swiss beverage, stands for tradition, Swissness, action and refreshment. Avantgarde has drawn inspiration from these values to increase awareness of the Rivella brand and provide the Swiss with the ultimate brand experience.
Avantgarde has convinced Rivella with the idea of building the largest water parcours in Switzerland. The goal: to create the ultimate, fun and impressive brand experience in and around the water. The brand fit and the target group match were perfect.
Just in time for the start of the bathing season at the end of May 2019, the water parcours was located on Lake Zurich. Afterwards it went on tour through two other central locations: Lucerne and Murten.
The approximately 1200 m2 water parcours (roughly the size of three tennis courts) offers action for every water enthusiast. Whether sliding, jumping or climbing, fun was guaranteed. For show-offs, there was the opportunity to become the “Rivella Splash Master” at each location in the monthly contest.
For maximum interaction with visitors, the brand experience was digitally extended via social media and supported on site with renowned influencers via live streams.
A monthly contest offered all show-offs the opportunity to become the "Splash Master" of their city. The number of participants was limited to 80. Immediately after going live, all slots were fully booked.
Over 400.000 visitors and spectators over 3 months, about 12.000 individual active participants (due to security reasons limited to a maximum of 12.000 participants).
