Allianz briefed us to create an event where they could communicate their efforts in terms of digital transformation to their insurance agents. But when it comes to digital transformation, it’s not just about what the company wants to do. It’s about a dialogue between Allianz and its insurance agents that paves the way towards a digital future.
With that in mind, we created the five-day DigitAll convention for Allianz and 1000 insurance agents. A place where every touchpoint was digitalized down to the very last detail, and all participants could play an essential part. Several technological interactions at Allianz Parque in São Paolo were featured at the convention and after-party, playfully showing how innovation – no matter how big or complex – facilitates life. Guests could use their smartphones and tablets to interact with the party setup and environment, while a holographic-like projection of the hostess was the first contact at the entrance.
