In 2018, LBBW celebrated its 200th year. To honor this spectacular achievement, LBBW invited internal and external stakeholders for one holistic and state-of-the-art brand experience.
Based around the theme “200 years of future banking”, we created a fully digital, completely interactive event. Smartphones became personal co-hosts – the guest management app featured a chatbot function to manage over 10,000 guests simultaneously. And whenever someone needed information about the shuttle service, evening program, or daily activities, the chatbot was there to provide everyone with personal information based on their needs.
And that’s not all: A microsite engaged people in digital challenges, where they collected points for a good cause. From LBBW employees to high-profile guests from the world of business and politics, each guest was able to interact, connect, and experience everything LBBW has stood for over the last two centuries.
