AVANTGARDE was appointed to set up and run eBay Open UK 2024, a hybrid event designed to connect and inspire the eBay seller community. The event, held in September, aimed to blend in-person and virtual experiences, creating a dynamic environment for sellers to engage with eBay's latest innovations and resources.

The event featured a main stage for keynote presentations, two breakout rooms for focused sessions, and opportunities for 1:1 consultations with Marketplace Advisors. AVANTGARDE also designed dedicated spaces for Categories, Services, and Sponsors, alongside a networking and catering area that included an open bar. A VIP area for ProTraders, an Innovation Hub, and a Business Awards ceremony. 

 Technological innovation was central to the event’s success. AVANTGARDE oversaw the integration of the eBay app, which enabled livestream access, on-demand session recordings, and networking features. Attendees could revisit content, connect with other sellers, and engage beyond the event. 

eBay Open UK 2024 attracted over 700 in-person attendees and more than 3,000 participants via livestream.
