Working Student Front desk (m/f/x)

The reception area is the heart of our agency and you will be the door opener to make all visitors feel welcome. You will contribute to an unforgettable office experience with the following tasks on a working student or minijob base:
  • You greet and welcome visitors such as customers and applicants, show them around the office and create unique moments for them. In doing so, you ensure that they are excellently looked after during their entire visit
  • You make them remember their visit at Avantgarde so they will be happy to come again
  • You make sure the office leaves a perfect impression. It is important to you that the premises are clean, tidy, safe and well organized
  • You will take on office administration and management tasks such as processing mail, coordinating shipping companies, answering incoming phone calls, ordering supplies, coordinating pool vehicles, being the contact person for cleaning companies, assisting with meeting preparation, etc. 


  • You are a currently enrolled university student, and ideally even have experience at the reception, in office management or in the assistance area
  • You are a flexible organizational talent, have strong communication skills, are able to work under pressure, have a friendly demeanor, are assertive and highly customer-oriented
  • You show a high level of initiative and bring a structured and reliable working style
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with people and has a strong sense of loyalty 
  • You are fluent in German and have very good command of English (other foreign languages would be an advantage) and are experienced in the use of MS Office
