  • You will be responsible for the entire candidate journey from posting a vacancy to hiring for various specialties
  • You identify potential candidates and actively approach them to attract them to Avantgarde
  • You screen applications and evaluate in interviews who fits to us professionally and personally
  • You coordinate all interviews with departments and involved stakeholders
  • You use your recruiting expertise to support departments in defining job profiles, requirements and processes
  • You pay attention to an outstanding candidate experience, especially process speed, quality and feedback
  • You develop new recruiting strategies and analyze their success  
  • You build up contacts within various communities and represent Avantgarde at relevant events
  • You support various internal projects, such as employer branding and diversity management, in order to actively expand the Avantgarde employer brand.



  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting in a very dynamic, innovative environment
  • You have a degree in business administration, psychology or other relevant training
  • You are experienced in conducting high-quality interviews with meaningful content  
  • You can actively advise stakeholders/expert decision-makers and assert yourself   
  • You know how to use active sourcing to find, inspire and win over the right talent
  • You work independently and process-oriented and have the goal to hire only the best colleagues, professionally and personally
  • You communicate with candidates and managers at eye level, in a goal-oriented and professional manner and are a super team player.
  • You are business fluent in German and English
