You are passionate about support and are the contact person for all concerns regarding our internal systems. Seeing yourself as a process manager, you are available to your colleagues with help and advice. You are not only concerned with the processing of inquires, but also with the introduction of your own solutions and process optimization. Your tasks include:
  • Inbound support via a ticketing system and processing of requests
  • Implementation of employee training courses
  • System administration, management of the helpdesk, and authorization management
  • Configuration and operation of the system’s infrastructure
  • Creation of instructions for employees
  • Conception/further development of support processes and training
  • Coordination with the system operators

TRAINING: (Technical) university entrance qualification and a completed apprenticeship or study
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of professional experience in support, help desk, customer service, system administration or similar
PASSION: For the optimization of processes in favor of service quality   
CONFIDENT: In dealing with different stakeholders and finding solutions for individual problems
CHARACTERISTICS: Technically minded, strong in communication, helpful, friendly, and service-oriented
TALENT: For knowledge transfer to employees with less technical skills
LANGUAGES: Business fluent in German and English
