As (Senior) Conversion & Tracking Manager, you create and implement holistic tracking concepts for our End2End Customer Journeys.

  • Creation of tracking concepts and definition of KPIs or benchmarks
  • Implementation of tracking concepts in cooperation with our developers
  • Advising our internal and external stakeholders on the use of tracking tools
  • Close cooperation with our developers, online marketing specialists, and CRM/CXM experts for seamless integration into the customer journey (End2End)
  • Ensuring high data quality and data consistency via various touchpoints of the customer journey
  • Testing, monitoring, and optimization of the tracking concept
  • Derivation of relevant insights and strategic advice to our clients and in-house product teams
  • Continuous market observation alongside analysis of new tracking technologies and providers
  • Creation of data visualizations, e.g. for online dashboards

PASSION: For cross-device and offline tracking, website analytics, and geo-fencing
EXPERIENCE: Several years of relevant professional experience as a Conversion & Tracking Manager with common tracking and analysis tools; experience in performance marketing or eCommerce is highly desirable
PERSONALITY: High level of ownership and problem-solving competence
WORKING METHOD: Strategist, concept developer, problem solver, and tackler
TEAMPLAYER: With the ability to work independently and think responsibly as well as actively promote cooperation
