YOUR TASKS
As a "Senior Project Manager Digital (m/f/x)", you will be fully responsible for the acquisition and support of renowned clients together with the Client Service Director. You provide strategic advice on brand conception and experience in order to make the digital brand experience tangible in accordance with the Avantgarde claim. Your tasks include the management of pitch and briefing processes including the presentation to the client as well as the adherence to the project plan, budget control and risk management. You penetrate the complexity of digital processes in an agile environment and thus guarantee a smooth project flow by coordinating internal as well as external teams. Your knowledge of the latest trends and technologies around digital innovation topics, web technologies and virtual experience spaces help you to convince your environment of your ideas and to realize creative concepts in the experience business. Current trend topics such as Web3, Metaverse and NFTs are naturally "on your radar".

- You are responsible for the technical management of one or more projects or the digital parts of one or more overall projects.
- You develop convincing solutions and present them to the customer
- You advise your customers from the planning phase to the implementation and rollout of digital and hybrid projects as the central contact person
- You ensure the economic profitability of teams and projects in close coordination with the Client Service Director
- You work in integrated cross-functional teams with experts from various disciplines (strategists, creatives, designers, architects, project managers, developers, etc.) on the creation and realization of holistic brand experiences
- You are responsible for a smooth communication flow by understanding technical contexts and thus being able to steer project and developer teams (incl. effort estimation, budget control and quality assurance)
