(Senior) Project Manager Brand Experience (m/f/x)

AVANTGARDE works on all physical and digital touchpoints along the customer journey. In line with the mission "Creating Fans", customer loyalty is at the center of the measures.


  • You are the face to the customer and always keep them informed, during planning, execution and follow-ups. You will meet the team once a week to ensure the process is running smoothly 
  • You manage internal and external stakeholders, all involved trades, suppliers and external partners  
  • You communicate the individual project requirements, milestones and goals to your stakeholders and keep an eye on all timings at all times
  • You ensure effective communication and smooth interface management between all parties involved  
  • You create presentations, offers and cost calculations, control the budget planning for ongoing projects and create reports and evaluations


  • You have at least three years of professional experience in project management
  • You are characterised by a structured and precise way of working 
  • You have strong analytical skills and an are used to overlook and control budgets and keep clients informed
  • You have a strong focus on quality, enthusiasm and a high degree of initiative
  • You have strong organisational and communication skills, enjoy customer contact and are a service-oriented person
  • You have very good German and English skills, French would be good too but not a must
