Senior HR Business Partner Retail (m/f/x)

As a Senior HR Business Partner Retail (m/f/x), you will be responsible as Team Lead for all HR-related topics in our IQOS Retail Germany business unit. You act as the main contact person for the Recruiting & HR Operations Team, both for managers, internal and external stakeholders as well as for our client IQOS.
  • You lead the Recruiting & HR Operations team, ensure consistent standards and processes and support the individual development of team members
  • You advise the management on all HR issues along the employee life cycle, from recruiting to onboarding, training, conflict management and the departure of employees, also with regard to labour law and social security issues
  • You are the contact person for our clients on all strategic and operational HR topics
  • You advise HR managers and district retail managers on all HR-related issues and create understanding for the topics of diversity, equality, discrimination, etc. and define the appropriate way of dealing with them
  • You develop valid legal standards, guidelines and contract templates, ensure that they are always up to date and inform your team and relevant stakeholders in case of legal changes
  • You develop and implement innovative, retail-relevant HR concepts, standards and processes


  • You have a degree in business administration or law with a focus on human resources management/employment law or a comparable education
  • You have several years of professional experience in a consultancy-intensive HR environment such as retail or (large) gastronomy and are very familiar with German labour law (especially individual labour law) and social security law
  • You have project management or initial leadership experience
  • You work very independently and in a structured manner, are innovative and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • You can assert yourself, but at the same time you are very empathetic, have strong communication skills and are solution-oriented in conflict situations
  • You are business fluent in German and English
