Senior Communications Manager (m/f/x)

  • Basic Communication Support
  • Formation of the communication strategy
  • Creation and continuous optimization of communication planning
  • Definition, management, and use of various internal and external communication channels
  • Coordination of content with the corresponding specialist departments (internal, cross-departmental, and group-wide)
  • Comprehensive content planning (annual and quarterly)
  • Preparation and follow-up of communication reports and JF appointments
  • Planning and definition of the need for communication material (print, digital, etc.)
  • Coordination and tuning of layout and design
  • Control and monitoring of the production and communication materials
  • Coordination of the use of communication material
Content Management
  • Sourcing, screening and preparation of content for communication measures
  • Creation and continuous maintenance of the content database (2D/3D)
  • Category and event-specific content planning
  • Provision of content for internal and external partners
  • Planning, coordination, and tuning of content production


EXPERIENCE: University degree and several years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in an advertising or PR agency
VETERAN: In online marketing and social media—these are your hobbies! An added bonus for experience in the field of e-commerce
CONFIDENT: In dealing with customers, strategy, and concept development as well as working with interdisciplinary teams
CHARACTERISTICS: Structured and flexible working style, strategic thinking, and a high degree of initiative and independence
PERSONALITY: Communicative, positive, assertive, confident, very good networking skills, and a winning appearance
KNOWLEDGE: Fluent in spoken and written English and business fluent in German
