Senior Art Director (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

  • You are a vital part of a global team that looks after global clients, based out of our newest office in Amsterdam
  • You will be responsible for creating a vision and bring it to life in all facets of design
  • You will excite customers with your fresh perspectives and innovative approaches
  • You will create extraordinary brand experiences, together with other in-house experts like architects, consultants, producers, strategists and clients 
  • You develop your team members individually, you are a fair, charismatic and motivating leader to them
  • You manage customers and their brands and make them excited about your team’s ideas
  • You develop key ideas and multifaceted communication that works across different media 
  • You are a reliable partner for our customers, make your ideas tangible to them and build long lasting relationships with them

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a fearless attitude to life, know who you are and value the differences between people
  • You understand modern culture and what is happening in today’s world
  • You speak fluent English, other languages in your vocabulary are very welcome 
  • You have already gained experience in an agency or in the marketing environment
  • You are professional in the use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Powerpoint. (Optionally After Effects, Premiere, Cinema etc.)
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in the creative field and a degree in graphic design or relatable
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
