Office Experience Manager & Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CPO) (m/f/x)

We are looking for a dynamic organisational talent to support our CPO and the Office Team in the area of Talent & Culture.
  • You will be responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of three employees in the Office Experience area
  • You are responsible for the development of creative concepts in the area of office design and new work
  • With your concepts, you always ensure a pleasant working atmosphere and the well-being of our teams
  • You will be responsible for general administrative tasks for the CPO and will be actively involved in day-to-day operations
  • You support with various project management topics and organise events and meetings
  • You take care of appointment coordination and travel planning as well as the provision of presentations and documents


  • You have a successfully completed apprenticeship or degree or professional experience in a service-oriented role
  • You have sound professional experience in the field of assistance and/or relevant experience in office management, the hotel industry or similar
  • You are an organisational talent, work in a structured manner and attach great importance to service orientation
  • You have a winning manner, are communicative and bring a high degree of independence and initiative with you
  • You have fluent German and good English skills and are proficient in MS Office
