(Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/x)

You will support our Head of Sales for XPAI in Berlin and have the opportunity to help shape and strategically build our sales department. The position offers you the opportunity to sell a revolutionary AI software solution that solves an actual industry problem through the use of cutting-edge technology.
  • You will identify and acquire new B2B customers (mid-market to enterprise)
  • You are the point of contact for our customers - from initial contact to contract closure
  • You proactively approach potential new customers via phone, mails or social media
  • You are responsible for the preparation and execution of customer-oriented presentations and software demonstrations
  • You work closely with our product management and engineering teams


  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the area of B2B SaaS
  • You have first experiences in cold calling, telesales or online sales
  • You are a true communication talent and your persuasiveness sets you apart from the rest
  • You ideally have experience with CRM systems
  • You have a high degree of customer and service orientation
  • You enjoy dealing with demanding customers and have a very good command of German and English
