YOUR TASKS

As (Junior) Project Manager Experience Marketing (m/f/x), you design and support holistic experience projects in the live environment as well as hybrid and digital in collaboration with various cross-functional teams. Are you passionate about innovative, technology-driven brand experiences and see yourself as an initiator and manager of brand communication and interactions? Then you've come to the right place!

You support the technical management of one or more projects, develop concepts and strategies in the area of brand, product and consumer experience and implement them
You support your team from the planning phase to the implementation and rollout of event as well as digital and hybrid projects
You integrate your measures coherently into 360° campaigns across all touchpoints
You keep track of the individual project requirements, milestones and goals, ensure smooth communication and always have an eye on all timings
You develop suitable solutions and prepare them as concepts in convincing (pitch) presentations
You work integrated in cross-functional teams with experts of different disciplines (strategists, creatives, designers, architects, project managers, developers and many more) on the creation and realization of holistic brand experiences
You develop proposals and cost calculations and support the management of budget planning for ongoing projects and final reporting and evaluations

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in business studies, business administration, marketing, event marketing, online marketing, digital marketing or comparable training
You ideally have some work experience in marketing, traditional communication, event and project management or other communication areas
You are ambitious to become part of a dynamic team of experience-enthusiastic consultants and project managers and want to further expand the expertise in the Avantgarde Group with your know-how and your personality
You are enthusiastic about current trend topics in (sub-)culture, marketing, music, lifestyle and fashion etc.
You have excellent communication skills, are a solution-oriented initiator and impulse giver
