Junior Project Manager Event (m/f/x)

If you want to drive an innovative FMCG product forward with us, then you've come to the right place! As a junior project manager in the area of event, you will be responsible, together with a motivated team, for all aspects of your (sub-) projects, from conception to planning to operational implementation for our customers. 
We are looking for a communicative creative mind with a big portion of drive as well as solution- and customer-oriented thinking. 
  • You actively support the management and coordination of events and prepare relevant documents and also accompany the implementation
  • You create exciting project concepts based on the ideas of our creative team 
  • You research current customer needs and prepare competitive analyses and reports
  • You actively support pitches and prepare briefings for participating units
  • You support your team in the preparation of offers 
  • You are responsible for (sub-) projects and always keep an eye on milestones and budgets 
  • You are always in direct communication with your customers
  • You organize travel, take care of general logistics and ensure smooth processes internally and with the customer
  • You create presentations based on your research, concepts or for events


  • You have a degree in event management, communication sciences, business administration or similar
  • You are an organizational talent, keep an eye on the big picture, have a structured and precise way of working paired with a high degree of problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility and time management 
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills, have a hands-on mentality and a strong customer focus
  • You speak German and English very well and are confident with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience (or through internships / working student activities)
