As (Junior) HR Manager Administration Retail (m/f/x), you are jointly responsible for the HR Services area and provide administrative support to the other HR Retail areas. You are also involved in the practical implementation of HR projects.
  • You will support our retail employees at various locations in all administrative employee matters, from contract preparation to onboarding and leaving.
  • You take care of the correct, efficient processing of applications, contract changes, leave matters, terminations, etc.
  • You are responsible for the clean management and maintenance of employee data, employment contracts and all relevant documents in our personnel management system.
  • You are the interface to payroll accounting and external service providers (e.g. law firm on labour law) and ensure smooth cooperation
  • You are responsible for HR controlling
  • You are responsible for our HR management system and are the contact person for all system issues
  • You support your HR colleagues with your know-how
  • You create reports for the client


  • You have a degree or completed training in human resources management
  • You have some work experience in the field of HR administration
  • You are very familiar with contracts and insurance issues
  • You work reliably, are detail-oriented and extremely independent
  • You enjoy working in a team and are highly trustworthy and a good communicator
  • You have a very good command of German and English
