Head of Office Austria & New Business (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

As Head of Office Austria & New Business (m/f/x) you are the face of the avant-garde to our customers. You are responsible for budget management, identify customer needs in various markets and develop suitable experience concepts. You have the right feeling for brand strategies and can adequately advise your contact persons on all topics of holistic brand experiences. If you want to develop excellent solutions, are courageous and enjoy breaking new ground, then you've come to the right place!
  • You will lead interdisciplinary teams and consultants and work closely with the management on strategy and vision.
  • You will acquire new clients and advise on all content-related and overarching questions on the topic of brand experience, both in classic media, live experiences and in the digital space.
  • You analyse, if necessary, optimise and design an outstanding customer journey on the basis of target group insights and analyses.
  • You prepare client meetings, presentations and workshops
  • You are responsible for the overall budget, budget planning and contract negotiations with clients
  • You are responsible for the overall project management, from the initial enquiry, proposal preparation and negotiation through the entire project process to the completion of multiple budgets and parallel projects.
  • You actively promote the development of New Business
  • You motivate your team, develop it further and coordinate areas of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable education.
  • You have 5+ years of professional experience on the corporate or agency side in the areas of brand strategy, communication or similar.
  • You are experienced and competent in consulting in the area of brand experiences, both classic and digital
  • You have in-depth experience in leading interdisciplinary and agile project teams as well as in business development and budget responsibility
  • You have excellent presentation and moderation skills, negotiation and communication skills as well as a strong customer and quality orientation
  • You are able to inspire clients and colleagues with your ideas and convince them with your confident appearance, business management thinking and acting.
  • You speak fluent German and English
