HR Coordinator / Regional Promoter Manager (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

As a Regional Promoter Manager (m/f/x), you are responsible for the recruiting of promoters, assignment planning and assignment quality as well as for coaching the promoters.
  • You are independently responsible for the entire recruiting process for promoters from the job advertisement to the signing of the contract.
  • You look after the promoters and are the first point of contact for them before and during events
  • You organise castings, prepare and follow up on them and evaluate the applicants on the basis of the client's requirement profiles.
  • You conduct coaching sessions for the promoters and independently provide relevant training content
  • You are responsible for staff coordination, scheduling, selection and booking of promoters as well as briefing on project details.
  • You are in direct contact with the client and provide regular qualitative feedbacks

YOUR PROFILE

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Event Management,
    (Medien-) Kommunikation oder über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketingkommunikation bzw. einer ähnlichen Studien-/Fachrichtung
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Personalakquise und -betreuung sowie der Umsetzung von Promotionaktionen sammeln
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, teamorientiert, stressresistent und durchsetzungsfähig
  • Du überzeugst durch Dein sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
  • Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
