As an Experience / Interaction / Service Designer at SH/FT, you will
- support in the framing of goals, business requirements and constraints
- immerse yourself in complex systems, understand and visualize them to enable synthesis
- design and conduct qualitative research, including ethnographic studies, benchmarking, and competitor analysis
- design, facilitate and postprocess Human-Centered Design workshops
- derive insights based on inputs from research
- define and prioritize opportunity areas
- create human-centered experience concepts and prototypes in collaboration with other designers and strategists
- transform insights, opportunity areas and concepts into meaningful narratives
- effectively communicate to diverse audiences through writing and presentations
